Capercaillie Wines

I must say that this was a poor experience and not what I would normally expect from a Vinyard in this region.
After walking in, my wife and I were served by a seemingly ignorant staff member. We requested two wine suggestions, one for a classic red and another for a sweet dinner white wine, and were handed a menue with every single wine on offer; no recommendations made.
After selecting two bottles, we were given two bags to bag them outselves while the same staff member left to serve other customers.
We travel to vineyards for knowledgeable and courteous staff, not for generic customer service that could be found in any grocery outlet.
